The Wedding

One a dark stormy night two lovers ran away to get married. They were young and came from two opposing families, but they were madily in love. John, the eldest of his siblings was the his family matrarch's favorite relative. He saw him as his avenging angel and enforce of the family, but when it came to love he was suppost to marry a girl from an allied family. Unfortunately John didn't love Roseline, he loved Gina. Gina was the middle child of a poorer family and sworn enemies to that of John's family. Over a centry ago, the Smithe family (John's family) and Burnhearts (Gina's family) got into an argument ove a hen's egg. The little situation exculated to a killing of John's greatgrand father and then the lynching of Gina's greatgrand father for the death of John's greatgrand father.

It was on that night the two ran away to get married that the two realizied what part they played in their families. John loved Gina and Gina loved John and they thought their happy marriage would renuite the two families. As the entered the little church adjacent to the cemetary the two sought shelter within. It wasn't till morning they were married. On their honeymoon night they were getting for bed when Gina realized she made a mistake she couldn't go against her family and John was getting cold feet, but hey put all their fears aside for a night of love. It was the next morning when Gina was fixing breakfast when it dawned on her what she must do, as she handed John the plate of food she made for him she plunged the knife in his heart. Then to her surprise John took a big knife from under is pillow and stabbed Gina repeatedly untill they both died in each other's arms.
